“Verdure” means to be “in a state of health and growth”, and it is also used in botany and herbalism to describe new growth and fresh beginnings.

When you have your health, you can be the best version of yourself!

At Verdure it is our mission to inform, advocate, and educate our clients and patients about the root causes and health challenges they’re facing. We love seeing the changes and transformations that happen through our wellness services, and we love working with patients that are motivated for change!

Our team of health and wellness professionals offer high-quality healthcare and wellness services. We believe in a holistic approach, which means addressing both the physical and mental-emotional aspects of health.

At Verdure believe that every person that comes through our clinic doors is unique, and, thus, deserves a healthcare and wellness plan that is catered to their specific individual needs.  We offer services to address individualized needs, and address the whole person, mind and body.

Our services currently include naturopathic medicine, nutrition counselling, and psychotherapy. Our team is growing and we are adding more services and therapies to our clinic.

We are located in Uptown Waterloo, just steps from the Spurline Trail path, and public transit. We are located on the second floor of the Spurline Crossing building in Unit #305. Our clinic has free on-site parking, as well as an elevator for accessibility.
