Caralyn Anderson, RMT
Caralyn uses a variety of techniques including relaxation massage, treatment of chronic and acute conditions and sports injuries, manual lymph drainage and muscle balance work.
Massages are available in 45, and 60, 90 and 120 minute increments.
Caralyn’s focus is on the overall wellbeing and health of her clients ensuring a complete assessment is done in order to treat her client’s unique needs and primary concerns.

Caralyn’s interest in massage therapy began in her early 20’s when she tapped into her natural aptitude of a healing touch and calming demeanour.
Caralyn graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018 and has been practicing since early 2019.
She has also completed courses in aromatherapy and her continued study of psychology and neuroscience allows her to design custom treatments for her clients.
As part of Caralyn’s continuous dedication to better serve her clients, she is currently working on courses in meditation and acupressure for headaches.
In her third year of practice, Caralyn focuses on overall muscle balance and posture while working on symptomatology to ensure her clients get the best possible care.
Caralyn believes in a team approach; she often refers to other practitioners such as chiropractors, osteopaths, naturopaths, other RMTs in order to best serve her client’s needs.
