Individual Counselling – 50 minute sessions

Clients can expect in their initial session to work with Grace to establish their goals for therapy.  

  • Therapeutic counselling sessions are client-centered and clients can expect to work through a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness practices.  
  • Clients can expect that some of the work will take place outside session which may include recommended readings, reflective journal writing and/or other referrals as needed.

Family Counselling – 50 minute sessions

Clients can expect in their initial session to work with Grace to establish their goals for therapy.

Grace Brown offers psychotherapy counselling for individuals, couples and families.
