In a small saucepan over medium low heat, mix 1/2 cup of the juice with the gelatin powder and whisk to combine, making sure there are no lumps.
Heat slowly until gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not let it boil. It should coat the back of a spoon.
While heating, in a blender or magic bullet, blend fruit until smooth
In a heat proof bowl mix: 1/2 cup fruit juice, lemon juice and maple syrup and 7 tsp Verdure Kid's Complete and warm gently. Whisk until fully dissolved.
Add gelatin mixture and remaining 1/2 cup of blended fruit to the bowl and whisk until incorporated.
Pour into molds; small silicone candy molds work well. Refridgerate until fully set; about 1 hour, or put in the freezer.
When solidified, remove the gummies from the molds and place in a sealed container. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Serve 1/7 of the gummies daily. Enjoy!
