Chiropractic Treatments

Spinal manipulative therapy

After assessment and diagnosis of neuromusculoskeletal concerns, spinal manipulative therapy may be offered, during which a fast, low-amplitude thrust movement is applied to a joint of the spine or extremities.

Mobilization techniques

A manual technique applied to the joint or spine, where the joint stays within the normal physiological range and is performed without the fast, low-amplitude thrust.

Soft tissue therapy

Myofascial release techniques and graston are both therapies that address soft tissue concerns such as tight, sore muscles, nerve impingements, tendon, fascia, and muscle concerns, and conditions. A non-spinal manipulative option for those that need it.

Rehabilitation exercises

Therapeutic exercises prescribed by the chiropractor to increase strength, function, range of motion, and to ease the pain. These exercises allow you to continue to work on your health goals, which outside of the chiropractic office.
